Cardiac diagnostics IT. What shipped: IceWarp v11.4.5 to 14.3.x live on Windows Server 2025, Hyper-V 2012 R2 to 2025 with the 13-VM 0x7B fix, and the DICOM path cleared. Documented the environment and built a NotebookLM knowledge base after a long-tenured developer left with about 10 years of undocumented knowledge.
